To use Golden Path, download first Mod Installer and then Golden Path. Then unzip (extract) and move file "_FC4_GoldenPath.bin" to the folder ModifiedFilesFC4. Or drag "_FC4_GoldenPath.bin" and drop it into Mod Installer window. More info here.
